This agreement governs the use of Apple`s services („Services“) that allow you to purchase, obtain, license, rent or subscribe content, applications (as defined below) and other in-app services (together „Contents“). Content can be offered through apple or third-party services. Our services are available in your country or region of residence („country of origin“). By creating an account for the use of services in a given country or territory, you indicate it as your country of origin. To use our services, you will need compatible hardware, software (last recommended and sometimes necessary version) and internet (fees may be charged). These factors can affect the performance of our services. If possible, you can offer to purchase a service membership from your mobile operator (a „carrier membership“). If you acquire a carrier membership, your carrier is the registration reseller, which means you buy your carrier`s service license that charges you the service subscription fee, but the service is provided by Apple. Your purchase relationship with the carrier is subject to the carrier`s terms and conditions, not this Agreement, and all settlement disputes related to carrier affiliation must be addressed to your carrier and not to Apple. By using a service through a carrier subscription, you agree that your mobile operator will be able to exchange your carrier account, phone numbers and subscription information with Apple, and that Apple can use this information to determine the status of your carrier affiliation. The terms and conditions in this Agreement, which relate to services, types of content, functions or functions that are not available in your home country, apply to you only if they are available to you. Some of the services and content you have in your home country may not be available to you if you are travelling outside your home country. Services and some apps can allow you to access content or services based on subscriptions („paid subscriptions“). Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed until they are terminated in the Manage Subscriptions section in the account settings. For more information on cancelling your subscriptions, see support.apple.com/HT202039. We will let you know when the price of a paid subscription increases and we will ask for your approval for the future if necessary.
